SUMMARY:Kids Lounge - January
DESCRIPTION:Continuing our Clear Mourning mission\, these gatherings offer an evening of connection and support\, complemented by dinner and an engaging activity. This is an extension of the nurturing space we’ve always aimed to provide\, assisting young individuals on their grief journey. For our January session\, kids will be able to ice skate at the outdoor rink at Seventh Mountain\, and Jackson’s Corner will provide dinner.\n\nWho Is It For:\nKids Lounge is an evening for children 5-12 who have been touched by grief.   This is a free event to help grieving kids know their grief and understand they are not alone.  We have trained professionals on hand\, and want kids to be able to have fun and know that their grief can be acknowledged alongside their joy.  \nIf you’ve been a part of our journey\, or are new and looking for a compassionate community\, the Kids Lounge is the perfect space for you. Parents are welcome to drop kids off after signing the waiver and check-in\, and prompt pick up is required. \nWhat is the Camp Courage Kids Lounge?:\nAn evening where kids can reconnect\, indulge in dinner\, and participate in an activity that keeps them both engaged and supported on their journey through grief. This event is hosted by Clear Mourning\, a non-profit deeply committed to reshaping the narrative around grief. We advocate for awareness\, introduce innovative solutions\, and provide unyielding support. \nWhere Is It:\n\nWorldMark Bend – Seventh Mountain Resort\n18575 SW Century Drive Bend\, Oregon\, 97702 \n\n\nWhen Is It:\nThe Camp Courage Kids Lounge will be taking place on Thursday Janurary 22nd\, 5:30 – 7:30 pm \nWe hope you will join us for these special evenings. Every event we organize stems from empathy\, understanding\, and our drive to provide professional support. If you have any questions please email us at admin@clearmourning.org. \nWe look forward to seeing you and continuing this journey together!
